During a full scale home remodel we tear down any old material often down to the studs to make sure your home can be safely inhabitable. You never know what you can find behind rotted or wet walls. We will be there every step of the way guiding you here is a brief summary on how the process is set up.

1 - Initial Consultation

• Meeting with clients: Discuss the vision, goals and budget for the project.

• Site Assessment: On-site walkthrough with owner

2 - Design and Planning

• Concept Development: Create initial design concepts and layouts

• Detailed Design: Develop detailed plans, including architectural drawings, electrical, plumbing, and structural plans

• Material Selection: Choose tiles, flooring, colors, fixtures and finishes

3 - Permits and Approvals

• Building Permits: Submit plans and obtain necessary permits from local department of building and safety

• HOA approvals: If applicable, gain approval from the Homeowners Association

4 - Demolition

• Preparation: Protect existing structures and landscaping

• Removal: Safely demolish and remove existing structures as needed

5 - Structural Work

• Framing: Construct new walls, floors, and roof structures

• Systems installation: Install or update plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems

6 - Interior Work

• Insulation and Drywall: Install insulation and drywall for energy efficiency and comfort

• Flooring: Lay new flooring materials

• Cabinets and Countertops: Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and countertops

7 - Exterior Work

• Siding and Roofing: Update or replace exterior siding and roofing materials

• Windows and Doors: Install new windows and doors for improved aesthetics and energy efficiency

8 - Finishing Touches

• Painting and Trim: Paint walls and install trim and molding

• Fixtures and Appliances: Install lighting fixtures, appliances, and other final touches

9 - Final Inspections and Walkthrough

• Inspections: Conduct final inspections to ensure all work complies with local building codes

• Client Walkthrough: Perform a walkthrough with the client to review the work and address any final adjustments

10 - Project Completion

• Clean-up: Thoroughly clean the site and remove any debris

• Handover: Provide the client with warranties and maintenance information
